i was watching “essence of emeril” on the food network today when they showed the commercial for cirque du soleil’s love. i was reminded of the cirque du soleil show that we watched in las vegas for our honeymoon.
we watched a few shows in las vegas: namely, cirque du soleil’s ka at mgm, la reve and monty python’s spamalot at wynn and mac king comedy magic show at harrah’s. of all the shows we watched i loved ka best. the stunts and sets were absolutely lovely.
i first saw a preview of ka in the csi episode “built to kill.” they showed the part where there was a war and the set was vertical and the actors were doing stunts while they were suspended in a 90 degree angle. it’s a bit hard to explain but you can see what i’m talking about in the video below:

i think this is the best show i’ve seen so far 
next in my list is disney’s the lion king which i watched in sydney with my mum and brother a few years back.
