I know I wrote something before about giving a donation instead of wedding favours, however I realised that maybe it would be better this time around if we actually gave favours instead. It would be nice if our wedding guests can take something home that will remind them of our wedding.

Guests

For the guests we are looking at having a Fabfoto booth at the reception and we will have unlimited 4r prints with prenup photos and details of the wedding on the header and a picture of our baby and the details of the christening on the footer. Butch really warmed up to this idea, which isn’t a surprise at all knowing how much of a cam whore he is! :D

Here is a sample of a Fabfoto souvenir:

I’ve always wanted an intimate bridal shower with NO strippers. Emma, one of the girls I used to work with, organised a bridal shower for her friend at a spa. They booked the entire spa for the whole day and they got massages, facials, etc. This is the sort of thing that I want, however I don’t really know where to have this in Manila.

I emailed The Spa cos I read somewhere that they offered this sort of thing. They sent me a list of their party packages, however the pricing seems a bit steep, considering you don’t really get a lot of treatments done.

A spa place was featured in Urban Zone and apparently it’s located in Megamall. It looked really nice but I can’t remember what the name of the spa is! Anyway, I might just get one of my bridesmaids to take care of the preps and do some research on where we can have the bridal shower. Or maybe we can do away with serious preps and even just do something similar to what Michelle did with her friends.

Option A

I originally wanted a bolero with the dress so that I can take it off before the reception and it would look like I had changed my dress. However I didn’t really like the pattern for the back of dress. And also I don’t really go sleeveless in public so I would probably end up wearing the bolero for the entire night anyway.

Option B - my choice! :)

I like this dress the best because of the pattern on the train. Although there is no bolero, I like how the back is open which makes the dress a bit sexy. My only concern is that my love handles might show! :D

Option C

I like the front of this dress but I don’t really like the back and the lack of detail on the skirt. I think this is similar to the dress that Danica Sotto wore on her wedding.

I’m 5′9″ tall and Butch is 5′11″ so I don’t really want to wear high heeled shoes for the wedding, although if I do end up wearing high heeled shoes, I’d want them to be in any of these styles:

I will probably end up with something like the fourth one, since I can get away with having low heels for that style.
